Keltruck Burton wins Scania depot of the year award

Jonathan Hodgkiss, Burton Depot Manager, is celebrating after winning the Scania UK network depot of the year award for the second year running.

The Burton-on-Trent depot, located off the A38, finished top once again out of the nearly one hundred depots in Scania’s UK network in 2005. Depot of the year points are awarded based on achieving service quality improvement targets. A total of 1,000 points are awarded against six key standards:

Customer Satisfaction Index
Scania Assistance service
Dealer Operating Standards
MoT failure rate
Quality control procedure
Service scheduling
The staff at Keltruck Burton are celebrating with £5,000 to spend over the coming year on paint balling, go-karting and a day at the races.
