The giant Cross of St. George flag proudly flying from Keltruck’s head office building on junction 1 of the M5 motorway has been lowered to half mast in recognition of the death of Baroness Thatcher, the pro-enterprise leader who was Prime Minister when Keltruck was founded by Chris Kelly 30 years ago in 1983.
