An update from the Keltruck management team.

AFTERSALES NEWS

Coventry Depot
We now have the keys to the new depot on Bayton road. Les Heritage and the team are busy preparing the depot in readiness for a move early in February.

Kingswinford Depot
Neil Vazey would like to thank all staff at the depot for their hard work over the last three months whilst they have been short staffed. Kingswinford currently have a position vacant for a lateshift technician — see the recruitment page for more info.

Aftersales Bank Holidays 2001
All Depot Managers have been issued with a list of dates for 2001. At Easter most depots will close on Monday and Tuesday 16th and 17th April. However, there will be some local variation to suit customer needs.

All Aftersales departments will work normally on Christmas Eve (holiday requests will not be granted for this day). We close on 27th, 28th and 31st December. These will be compulsory holidays.

“Just a note to acknowledge all the hard work put in by the Contracts department, particularly with the management of the Lloyds contract over the last five years, which has inevitably helped the company with the replacement fleet order.”

John Biggin
Operations Director
