Parcels to Ireland Ltd of Lawford Road, Rugby choose Keltruck Ltd for a new Scania vehicle to replace a Mercedes vehicle.

The deal was made between Russ Kelly, Account manager of Keltruck and Chris Putt, Operations Director of Parcels to Ireland Ltd.

The vehicle taken was a P235DB4X2MNAS sleeper cab fitted with a 28ft Curtainsider body and equipped with a Dhollandia Tail Lift. The new vehicle is the company’s latest addition to their 10-strong vehicle fleet.

The deal was enhanced with a two year ‘Support Programmes’ package which means it will have full repair and maintenance all managed from the Keltruck Rugby Branch located just a few miles away and backed up by over 94 nationwide service points which are never more than phone call away should the driver require assistance giving full peace of mind.

When asked why they decided to choose Scania again, Chris Putt commented: “We were looking for a reliable vehicle with reasonable running costs and decent resale value.” He continued, “we have been buying Scanias from Keltruck for over 15 years now which is a good indicator of the quality of the service and product supplied.”

Established in 1989, Parcels to Ireland is a privately owned company and has been operating successfully for over 18 years in providing a quality delivery service to Northern Ireland and Eire.

The majority of the team at Parcels to Ireland have been with the company for over 10 years.
