Established in 1983, Keltruck Limited is the largest independent Scania Distributor in Europe serving the Midlands and South Wales from its 18 operating locations including 17 dealer points located at Burton on Trent, Caldicot, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Coventry, Cross Hands, Droitwich, Groby, HerefordLutterworth, Newark, Nottingham, Sutton in Ashfield, Tamworth, Willenhall, West Bromwich (including the company’s head office & sales) & Worksop.

The company, founded by Chris Kelly, is today managed by an experienced team of executive directors with several decades within the road transport industry and the Scania U.K. network between them.

Each Keltruck workshop is manned by factory trained technicians who have at their disposal all the high-tech equipment essential to maintain modern commercial vehicles in today’s competitive environment.

Expertise is not just limited to service & repairs but also encompasses tacho calibration, brake testing, laser axle alignment, speed limiter test & installation, automatic chassis lubrication, security systems, emission testing, tail lift facilities, paint facilities, MoT facilities & specialised A.D.R. & tanker service bays.

Keltruck provides an all makes insurance approved accident repair service for cabs, bodywork & chassis in its specialist repair centres, equipped with the latest cab jigs & laser chassis straightening equipment, with a team of skilled specialists to provide a repair of outstanding quality.

Keltruck’s West Bromwich depot houses the world’s largest Scania truck recycling facility.

In November 2004 Keltruck became the largest independent Scania dealer in the U.K. by acquiring East Midland Commercials Limited, Scania Distributor for the East Midlands. At an event in June 2008 to mark Keltruck’s silver anniversary year the Managing Director of Scania (Great Britain) stated: “Keltruck is now the largest privately owned Scania dealer in the world.”

In January 2011 Keltruck also acquired Silurian Scania, Scania Distributor for south Wales and Herefordshire.

Today the company employs approximately 430 people in 19 locations and has a turnover in excess of £200m per annum. The company appeared five times in the (now discontinued) Sunday Times Fast Track & Profit Track league tables of the UK’s fastest growing private companies.
