Our dealer, Keltruck Scania Nottingham, is a trusted business partner with whom we have a productive partnership which I believe serves us both well. Occasionally, and inevitably, issues arise and whenever they do, Keltruck is on the case right away. And as our primary focus is on our business and our customers, we entrust all our maintenance to Keltruck so we also can rest assured in the knowledge that our Scania fleet is being maintained to manufacturer standards.
Keltruck Scania Nottingham always go the extra mile for me, despite running just two lorries on my driver training business. If I need parts urgently, they get them urgently – if isn’t a rush I like to let them know not to put themselves out. If it is a rush I have never been let down with sourcing of the parts. This ensures that my vehicles are always ready for driver training and in top condition for the driving tests!
Service at Nottingham is second to none, with proper care taken of my lorries, despite being of an age now that things are starting to go ‘age related wrong’. Again, if it’s urgent, I’m looked after urgently – if it’s routine I make myself as flexible as can be.
Keltruck Scania Nottingham, keep on doing what you’re doing – it’s great!
