The reliability associated with the Scania product and the excellent back-up we receive from Keltruck has helped Pro-Clean to become a reputable and reliable contractor within the waste industry.
What an absolute credit Martin Smith, Keltruck Scania West Bromwich service advisor, is to our brand and customers! He has gone to great effort in assisting me with the rectification of tacho faults for my customer ACS&T who base their trucks at Wolverhampton and are usually looked after by Keltruck Scania Willenhall. Attending promptly to the customer enquiry for assistance and keeping me in the loop at all times with feedback on both problems and solutions. A happy customer who has received a 5* service.
Martin’s passion for customer service and attention to detail and following the problem through to resolution is exactly what we need within Scania. A great effort by him and it’s my pleasure to write this review.
We have dealt with Keltruck for the last 12 years and have found that the level of service offered, whether at Keltruck Head Office at West Bromwich or Keltruck Willenhall, is of the highest standard.
This morning my driver had an issue with an oil warning light on his Scania P320 so I decided I wanted to have it looked at. The lorry was 70 miles from home so a quick Google search led me to Keltruck for what we thought would be just an oil top up.
Our driver was met at Keltruck Scania West Bromwich in a most courteous and friendly manner whereupon you set about sorting out our lorry. Within 20 minutes the fault (oil low pressure) was identified and you set about the repair. Within a very short time the lorry was back on the road enabling the driver to continue his day.
Thank you for looking after my driver.
Thank you for looking after the lorry.
Thank you for the amazingly quick service.
Thank you for overall brilliant service.
It’s really easy to complain but people rarely take time out to praise so I wanted to say thank you to all of the staff involved – you certainly impressed me.
Thanks again.
We tested many different vehicles with our drivers, and Scania has everything we need in a truck.
Aftersales support was a major selling point, and in the 25 years I’ve been working in this industry, Keltruck Scania offers the best service and support I’ve ever known.
May I take this opportunity to formally thank Matt Ashmore and his team of outstanding technicians for their valued support and kind assistance.
Matt and his team are a valuable asset to Keltruck and have worked tirelessly with Dunwood to accommodate every request and complete each task faultlessly.
I am extremely grateful for the support. Superb service from a great team.
I would like to extend a big thank you to your Technician Mark Shilton on behalf of the Yardley Wood depot and NX Engineering.
On Wednesday 18th August Mark was here at the Yardley Wood depot investigating and repairing our Scania Omnilink reg: BX59NTK when the vehicle suddenly caught fire.
There have been a number of faults with the vehicle as it previously had an engine replaced by another company and the standard of work which Mark had to pick up on was quite horrific but his actions in quickly containing the incident is worthy of a special mention because what could have happened doesn’t bear thinking about, a vehicle on fire in a workshop and potentially more.
Over the years when I have personally called on yourselves for various call outs at the different depots I’ve worked in and Mark has attended, I can honestly say I do not recall a time when Mark has been unable to repair a vehicle and with this particular vehicle and incident far being the worse I’ve seen him tackle but yet still he has overcome it.
He is a credit to your company with his skill level and professionalism with a nothing is too much trouble attitude.
Truck got serviced – thank you Keltruck for leaving her clean inside and out, and the quick service.
She’s a different truck now – fuel economy is very much improved for starters. See you again in 6 weeks!
As a small- to medium sized company we must have a reliable service for our customers, so without any doubt we will always buy Scania trucks. They are extremely reliable and fuel efficient and we receive excellent service from Keltruck’s West Bromwich depot.
These vehicles will be working on our own UK and continental holidays as well a certain amount of private hire. Why Scania again? It’s a fabulous product and we get really good service from Scania, in particular our Regional Account Manager Lee Wale and our local dealer, Keltruck West Bromwich, with whom we have a wonderful relationship.
Service is very good – the Workshop Controller at West Bromwich Matt Ashmore works well with the Bodyshop. Duncan Catmur (Bodyshop Supervisor) & his team are always helpful. Spot on same day service – I recommend to anyone with a Scania.
I have been presenting vehicles for MoT at West Bromwich for several years now and Taff is a pleasure to deal with.
We’ve been buying used Scania trucks for a number of years now but this is the 1st from Keltruck but it won’t be the last.
We explained to Used Sales Executive, Rory Kelly, that the truck was to be our flagship, a little different to our other trucks and he’s certainly helped make this happen. We are over the moon with it! Everything Rory said he would do he’s done. Very, very impressed with the service from West Bromwich depot.
We’ve also used Keltruck’s Scania recycling department recently – again very impressed with the prices and the service. The whole team get a thumbs up from us. We look forward to doing business with yourselves in the future.
I would like to thank Nigel Cox at Keltruck Scania West Bromwich for putting in a late shift to get our vehicle repaired and back on the road ready to go for us earlier than scheduled.
We are not a company with a large fleet with vehicles to spare so any vehicle off the road for a while is a big issue for us so again thank you to Nigel for getting this done for us quicker than expected – it is much appreciated.
