Kenilworth, Warwickshire coach operator, Brookline Cars Limited, has taken delivery of a new Scania Touring HD coach.

Based on a Scania K 360 IB4x2 chassis, the 360 horsepower, 12.1-metre overall length vehicle has 51 reclining Kiel seats with leather headrests and piping, three-point seat belts, USB charging points at all seats, a DVD player with two monitors, a Frenzel drinks machine and a centre sunken toilet.  The exterior styling of the coach is enhanced by its Alcoa Dura-Bright alloy wheels.

Brookline Cars Managing Director, Simon Brook, comments, “After looking at the current market I found the Scania Touring to be our preferred choice. It represents good value when you factor in the repair and maintenance contract, which was included in the deal. The coach offers lots of standard features compared to other brands. Lee Wale, Scania’s Bus and Coach Retail Sales Manager, assisted us in specifying our interior trim and finish which gives the coach a high quality executive stance.”

The repair & maintenance contract will be delivered by Scania dealer, Keltruck.
