April 2008 saw the Widdowson Group of companies take delivery of their 250th Scania truck at the company’s head office in Glenfield, Leicester. The vehicle, a Scania P230DB4x2MNA curtainsider, was supplied by Keltruck’s Ivor Morris and now operates within their national distribution fleet.
This purchase was part of an order for 35 Scania trucks, a mix of twenty R480 3 axled Topline tractor units and fifteen 2 axled P230 rigids supplied in the first half of 2008.
