The 2012 UK Final of Young European Truck Driver will be held at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire on Saturday 23 June.

The event begins at 10:30am and members of the public are invited to come along to see our ten finalists compete for the honour of representing the UK at the grand final of Young European Truck Driver in September, where the top prize will be a brand new Scania truck valued at 100,000 Euros.

In addition to the driving skills competition, a selection of high profile Scania vehicles will be on display at the UK Final, including vintage and modern V8s and the Battenberg liveried truck operated by the Central Motorway Police Group and made famous by the BBC TV programme, Motorway Cops.

The UK Final of Young European Truck Driver will conclude by 3:00pm.  Those wishing to visit the Heritage Motor Centre Museum on the day should check heritage-motor-centre.co.uk for opening times and prices.
