Keltruck has announced that the search is on to find Miss Keltruck 2008/9! Applications are invited to be the new face of Keltruck to model the Keltruck Scania range of clothing and promotional items as well as promoting the issues and challenges faced by our truck driving customers.

The winner will also be invited to represent Keltruck during its silver anniversary year at customer events such as the annual Keltruck Scania summer golf competitions at Patshull Park, Shropshire and Branston Golf & Country Club in Staffordshire as well as at the Commercial Vehicle Show at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham. Chris Kelly, Chairman & Managing Director, said: “Ideally we’re looking to crown a Midlands girl as Miss Keltruck. The competition has already caused quite a stir amongst customers & staff with entries coming in thick & fast. Entrants don’t necessarily have to be from a trucking background – we certainly won’t expect Miss Keltruck to know the inner workings of the latest generation of Scania Euro 5 engines!” Chris D. Kelly, Marketing Director, added: “We will also be looking to display the best images of Miss Keltruck on the banners on the Keltruck tower at our head office on junction 1 of the M5 motorway at West Bromwich.”

If you or someone you know is interested in entering the competition for this modelling role please e-mail Pam Young, PA to the Chairman & Managing Director, with a recent photograph & brief background information including full contact details & date of birth. Minimum age of 17 applies.
