Just want to say thank you Keltruck Scania and Russ Kelly. One of my vehicles was having problems with its batteries last night. Made a phone call to Keltruck Scania Cheltenham asking can I pop in and get batteries checked? Didn’t get the normal ‘Sorry, you’re not booked in’ or ‘Just call the breakdown number, even though you’re parked outside the dealership’. They were straight on it. Within one hour two new batteries were fitted under R&M and the vehicle was back on the road.
