Keltruck are proud to have been awarded gold level membership by the Social Recruitment Advocacy Group (SRAG).

The Social Recruitment Advocacy Group was convened by PeoplePlus, a leading organisation in the core creation of social value in 2022. It is chaired by the Rt. Hon. Anne Milton and facilitates the collaboration of likeminded organisations to address societal challenges and needs – an alignment of over 70 organisations and employers who recognise the value of social recruitment.

The Group addresses employment barrier themes and harnesses its collective power to tackle these barriers, enabling employers to meet their recruitment needs through previously untapped talent pools and supporting people and communities who have been previously overlooked in the job market. Individuals from ethnic minority communities, young people not in education, employment, or training (NEET), unpaid carers, prison-leavers, those living in poverty and areas of multiple deprivation, people with long-term health and disability challenges all need support. The SRAG promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and support; creating a social movement for lasting change.

Being a gold member signifies the remarkable dedication to social value and social recruitment – identifying Keltruck as trailblazers in the pursuit of meaningful change. SRAG members have not only established an inclusive and diverse workplace but they have implemented innovative and effective social recruitment strategies. Their collaboration with community organisations, investment in skills development programmes and dedication to create opportunities for disadvantaged groups to access sustainable employment is truly exceptional, driving tangible benefits for individuals and society as a whole.
