Both the P-cab and the L-cab are integrated within Scania’s modular system, which means drivers instantly recognise the layout and controls, providing familiarity, efficiency and comfort.
Earlier this year, Scania’s L-cab refuse truck also gained Euro NCAP five-star status. Purpose-built for distribution, it has exceptional direct vision – particularly when equipped with Scania’s City Door.
The L-cab 4x2 rigid chassis was also tested and received an overall score of 90%, which was praised by Euro NCAP’s testers for boasting exceptional direct vision and for robust safety equipment.
The P-cab also scored the highest mark in Euro NCAP's CitySafe testing, which rates features on heavy duty vehicles designed to prevent accidents in urban environments.
