Starting on the YTS (Youth Training Scheme), Paul's journey began sweeping floors in the parts department, putting stock away and handling Scania deliveries, and learning the business from the ground up using books and microfiche.![]()

When the scheme ended, he was offered a full-time role at Keltruck, and never looked back.![]()

From the back counter to delivering parts across the region when West Bromwich was the only Keltruck branch, he continued developing his expertise before returning to the parts department, where his passion has remained ever since.![]()

Today, that pride continues into the next generation, with his son Jakob Loach now starting his own journey as an HGV apprentice at Keltruck West Bromwich.![]()

The gap was over 6 years since I went down to AC services in Banbury but totally worth the wait with these 8x4 G430 tippers with the new S-U-P-E-R 11 engines.
